Japanese animé turned live-action film ReLife explores how being part of the unemployed minority in Japan is both stigma and embarrassment.

Arata Kaizaki tries to rebuild his spirits through the ReLife program after quitting his job, taking a pill that makes him look 10 years younger, and enrolling in a high school where his social skills and intelligence are tested.

Faced with the challenges he had when he was younger, he’s now given a chance to start anew after graduating from the school and the program. We may never have the opportunity to do things over, but the film still urges us to seize our chances while we can.
